Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to one or more of our newsletters, we ask only for first and last name and email address. We also request the user selects the particular newsletters they wishes to receive. An email is automatically sent to the email address provided confirming the newsletter subscription information.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user web site and service announcement updates. Registered newsletter recipients and customers are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing our Customer Support at support@tekrati.com.

Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletters may opt-out of receiving one or more of these communications by (1) forwarding the email with the newsletter to remove@tekrati.com. (2) Checking the unsubscribe check box on the registration page, providing their name and email address and by unchecking the newsletters they no longer wish to receive.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
